Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Software/Cloud Engineer to support a Federal client on the Army CECOM Unified Technical Services (UTS) program. This individual will support the development and enhancement of MAPPA, a mobile application that provides Army personnel with installation-specific information including gate access, dining, lodging, CAC offices, grocery stores, points of contact, and other resources.
The Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining secure, cloud-based applications, creating automation scripts, troubleshooting application issues, and designing solutions based on customer requirements. This individual will also support code reviews, testing, vulnerability remediation, version control, and Agile development. While the application incorporates AI capabilities, advanced software development and scripting experience are the primary focus of this role.
