Scrum Master / BA

Job Description

• Partner with stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize dashboard requirements and reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Power BI developers.
• Validate metric definitions, calculations, and business rules against source systems and approved standards (e.g., Visier and HR data products).
• Support data quality reviews, metric reconciliation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain requirements documentation, data dictionaries, and metric definitions.
• Coordinate defect tracking, enhancement requests, and sprint backlog activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, gather feedback, and ensure alignment throughout dashboard development.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience with business requirements gathering and analytics/reporting projects.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, KPI definition, and dashboard design principles.
• Familiarity with Power BI, HR data, and reporting governance processes. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
