SAP Data Engineer/Architect

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10+ years of data engineering experience within SAP
• Deep knowledge and experience of SAP S/4HANA from a data engineer and architect perspective ○ Experience extracting raw data tables from SAP and re-constructing/translating them into data models within a data analytics warehouse for analysis based on business requirements ○ Understanding of SAP data tables and how to add additional fields/columns
• Knowledge and experience with the various SAP modules from a data perspective

• Data Vault 2.0 experience for data modeling
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with translating business requirements into technical specifications/analysis

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for an SAP Data Engineer/Architect to join their team. This individual will be responsible for contributing to the construction of Oldcastle ABP's Centric Data Vault and for the overall contribution of SAP S/4HANA data analysis. On a day-to-day basis, this person will be extracting and re-constructing raw SAP data tables into data models within an enterprise data warehouse for the purpose of building analytical reports based on business stakeholder requirements. They will be working across all the various and most common SAP modules that ABP uses (SD, MM, FICO, PP, PS, etc.). Pay rate for this position is between $15/hr and $35/hr.
