Salesforce Senior Solution Architect - Automotive Cloud

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Senior Solution Architect to lead the continued evolution of a large-scale Sales and CRM transformation initiative within the heavy equipment industry. This role will focus on expanding Salesforce Sales Cloud and Automotive Cloud capabilities to support intelligent matching of new, used, and rentable equipment inventory against customer sales opportunities.

The Senior Solution Architect will serve as the lead architect on the Sales workstream, partnering closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and platform teams to deliver scalable CRM automation solutions. This individual will also help shape and implement emerging agentic AI-driven use cases that enhance sales productivity, forecasting, inventory recommendations, and customer engagement.

This position will backfill a critical architecture role supporting a substantial backlog of enhancements and strategic capabilities across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Skills and Requirements

-8+ years of Salesforce platform experience. -5+ years of Solution Architecture experience on enterprise Salesforce implementations. -Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and business processes. -Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Automotive Cloud solutions. -Proven experience designing CRM automation solutions at scale. -Strong understanding of opportunity management, customer lifecycle management, and sales process optimization. -Experience leading large cross-functional delivery teams. -Expertise with Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative tools, and integration patterns. -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
