Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of experience working with Salesforce development and customization
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Flow Builder
- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or ETL tools
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models and DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related discipline from a recognized institution
- Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder are preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certification :
- Salesforce Platform Developer-1
- Salesforce Admin
- Sales / Service cloud - Consultant
General administration of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Creating, troubleshooting, and modifying Flows
- Supporting data imports and updates using Data Loader and similar tools
- Assisting with day-to-day Salesforce requests, enhancements, and operational support
- Helping implement solutions while working within established governance and architecture standards
