Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer on complex Salesforce implementations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
• Strong hands-on Agentforce experience.
• Experience developing Salesforce solutions involving Data Cloud and Agentforce together.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Advanced experience developing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex.
• Experience with Salesforce document generation / DocGen.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and platform development concepts.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce application and integration issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must meet the project's Secret Clearance requirement.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the State - DT - MoveUSA (PCS) project. This role requires a highly technical, hands-on Salesforce professional with strong experience across Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

The ideal candidate will have particularly strong hands-on experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce, along with demonstrated expertise in Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Apex, and document generation (DocGen). This individual will be responsible for developing and enhancing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with architects, functional resources, and other developers across the project.
