Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in routing, logistics, or transportation coordination/supervision.
• Proven experience in shipping and routing to major retail customers (Target, Walmart, JCPenney, Kohl’s highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of EDI processes and retail routing compliance.
• Skilled in shipment planning, volume calculations, and documentation preparation.
• Experience leading or training team members within a logistics or warehouse environment.

Job Description

Our client's distribution and order fulfillment warehouse has an immediate opening for a Routing & Logistics Supervisor. We are seeking an experienced logistics professional with 5+ years of routing and shipping experience and a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role to oversee daily routing operations and lead a small logistics team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all routing activities, ensuring timely and accurate shipments for our retail clients (Target, Walmart, JCPenney, Kohl’s). This position requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage priorities, maintain compliance with retail routing guides, and support continuous process improvements.
