Day-to-Day:

• Morning and afternoon med pass and medication counts
• Basic first aid and wound care
• Vital signs and health assessments
• Paper charting and documentation
• Assist with physicals and clinic operations
• Work closely with Health & Wellness team

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking an RN II for a workforce development and education client. This nurse will provide basic medical care, medication administration, triage, and documentation for students in a Job Corps setting. The ideal candidate is a compassionate but assertive RN who enjoys working with young adults and can effectively balance student care with accountability in a collaborative healthcare environment. Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Active RN license in
• 2+ year of RN experience
• Medication administration and documentation experience
• Ability to perform basic triage, first aid, and assessments
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with young adults/students Ability to be compassionate but firm

Plusses:

• School nurse experience
• Mental health or behavioral health experience Youth/adolescent experience
