Job Description

This Technical Product Manager will help lead the development of a unified portal for hotel owners and partners, bringing multiple disconnected applications, processes, and user experiences into a single platform.

The TPM will take an end-to-end view of the ecosystem, understanding how systems interact and partnering with Architecture and Engineering to determine how applications should connect through APIs, integrations, data platforms, and other modern architecture patterns. They will identify dependencies and integration gaps, define requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Architecture, UX, Finance, Growth, Operations, Conversion, and other business teams.

A major focus of the role will be ensuring the platform is being built for an AI-forward future. This person will identify where AI can meaningfully improve the owner experience, understand when a use case does or does not require AI, and work with technical teams to incorporate GenAI, agents, MCP, and other AI capabilities into the broader platform architecture.

They should also be comfortable being hands-on during early product discovery, using AI tools and vibe coding to quickly create prototypes and validate concepts before moving them into full engineering development.

Ultimately, this person will bridge product strategy, business needs, enterprise architecture, engineering, data, and AI, driving the platform from early discovery and prototyping through integration, testing, deployment, and production.
