Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of project or program management experience within the data center, mission-critical, or AI infrastructure industry. Direct experience managing NVIDIA GB200 and/or GB300 deployments or similar GPU-based AI infrastructure programs. Experience delivering hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or HPC data center projects. Strong understanding of data center power, cooling, networking, and rack deployment requirements. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive project delivery across technical and business teams.

**Ability to travel to San Jose for client meetings occasionally.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting AI Factory, HPC, or large-scale GPU cluster deployments. Background working with NVIDIA, cloud providers, hyperscalers, or data center operators. PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification. Familiarity with InfiniBand, high-performance networking, liquid cooling, and AI infrastructure environments.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and execution of large-scale AI infrastructure and data center programs supporting NVIDIA GB200 and GB300 deployments. This individual will oversee cross-functional teams responsible for data center construction, commissioning, infrastructure integration, and delivery of next-generation AI compute environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects and understands the unique power, cooling, networking, and operational requirements associated with NVIDIA GPU-based AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of NVIDIA GB200 and/or GB300 data center initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, network, facilities, and vendor teams to ensure successful deployment.
• Drive program governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and executive-level communication.
• Oversee infrastructure readiness, including power, cooling, rack deployment, networking, and operational handoff.
• Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure adherence to project milestones.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, customers, partners, and third-party vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain delivery timelines and quality standards.
