REMOTE-Sr. Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to support a large-scale Single Sign-On (SSO) migration initiative. This individual will help lead the migration of 200+ SSO integrations from SiteMinder to PingFederate, working across internal technical teams and external partners. The Senior Implementation Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for the broader migration effort, driving coordination, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring internal and external teams remain aligned throughout the project. Compensation: $70 - 85/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead implementation activities supporting the migration of 200+ SSO integrations from SiteMinder to PingFederate. · Drive communication and coordination between internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. · Manage partner outreach and track implementation and migration progress. · Facilitate meetings and working sessions necessary to move integrations through the migration lifecycle. · Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers. · Coordinate closely with junior implementation and testing resources. · Maintain visibility into migration status, outstanding actions, and upcoming milestones.

Skills and Requirements

· 5–7+ years of experience in implementation management, program management, project management, technical delivery, or a related field. · Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. · Strong project tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication skills. · Ability to manage multiple implementations or workstreams simultaneously. · Experience working with technical teams and translating technical dependencies into clear project actions.
