5-10+ years of experience in people management - direct reports, coaching, performance reviews, setting expectations, etc. IT lending experience (commercial/business lending technology preferred, open to broad consumer) Application support/management background Technical-functional knowledge - SQL querying for application troubleshooting, error/log investigation skills, understanding of APIs (integrations on vendor loan/lending apps)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Lending Applications to lead a team responsible for supporting and managing critical lending technology across the organization. This individual will oversee a team of Lending Application Specialists who support third-party SaaS applications used throughout the lending lifecycle, with a particular focus on commercial and business lending. This is a people leadership and application management role, not a hands-on software development position. The ideal candidate has a strong background in lending technology and understands how commercial loans operate within banking platforms. They will provide leadership and technical direction to the team while partnering with Loan Operations, internal development teams, business stakeholders, and third-party technology vendors. The successful candidate will combine strong people management experience with lending application expertise, allowing them to lead complex troubleshooting, application integrations, loan conversions, and ongoing production support.
