Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Network Implementation Program Manager to support a large-scale Legacy Decommissioning program. This individual will focus on end-to-end program management, operational process improvement, squad structure, workload management, business intelligence, and executive-level reporting.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management experience with an analytical and process-oriented mindset. This person will help establish effective working structures across squads, balance workloads and resources, analyze complex program information using Power BI and other technology tools, and translate that information into clear executive-level summaries and readouts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program and project management activities Drive program management and process improvement initiatives Establish and maintain effective structure and processes for working squads Balance workload across resources and teams Build and maintain productive vendor relationships Conduct quality audits and reporting for work performed internally and by vendors Use Power BI and business intelligence to analyze complex work and program information Develop clear, concise executive-level summaries and readouts Coordinate activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve program processes, reporting, visibility, and execution Utilize technology, systems, and AI tools to support program efficiency and reporting

This position will pay $63.50-$78.90/hr.
