REMOTE Senior Recruiter

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring 7 REMOTE recruiters for a big 4 firm we are working with to provide top talent. This big 4 firm the recruiter will support is undergoing a major transformation driven by AI and automation. This team is scaling quickly, with over 100 new requisitions recently approved, and needs experienced recruiters who can operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role offers exposure to strategy consulting, AI/technical hiring, and financial services recruiting, depending on alignment. We are seeking Recruiters will core skills in one the following areas :

1. Strategy / Deals Recruiting – consulting and strategy talent
2. Technical Recruiting (CDA / CXX) – AI, GenAI, Python, and engineering
3. Hybrid (Financial Services + Tech) – blended hiring across business and technical roles

Location: Remote (preference for candidates near major hubs like NY/Boston) Hours: East Coast Hours Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 6 month contract (with potential extension up to 24 months) Performance Metric: ~60 hires per recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including:

Sourcing and pipeline development Screening and candidate assessment Interview coordination Offer management and negotiation Execute direct sourcing strategies, including cold calling and name generation Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across strategy, tech, and business teams Support high-volume hiring needs (25–40+ reqs at a time) Use data to track recruiting performance and optimize hiring strategies Contribute to evolving recruiting practices leveraging AI and automation tools

Skills and Requirements

5–7+ years of recruiting experience Background in agency, consulting, or corporate recruiting environments (professional services strongly or Big 4 highly preferred)

Proven experience with:

Full lifecycle recruiting Direct sourcing and proven experience working directly with stakeholders/hiring managers Candidate negotiation and closing

Ability to recruit across one or more of the following areas:

Strategy / consulting roles Technical roles (AI, GenAI, Python, engineering talent) Financial services + hybrid business roles Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments Strong executive-level communication skills Recruiting background for professional services/experience with Big 4 / BCG / Accenture Near PwC hub (NY/Boston/Chicago)
