Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Salesforce development experience (hands-on coding, not just configuration). This role is 80–100% development with no admin duties 2+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), including building LWC from scratch Strong Apex experience Experience supporting Sales Cloud Experience using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) in an Agile environment Transparent communication style - able to ask for help and resolve issues before the end of a sprint

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Agentforce experience (bigger plus) Prompt engineering experience (strong plus) Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience Prior Salesforce implementation experience Financial industry or brokerage experience Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification (or equivalent)

Job Description

A large fintech company is looking for a Sr Salesforce Developer to join their team immediately. This individual will be joining a mid-sized Scrum team (1 Tech Lead, 2 Salesforce QAs, 4 Salesforce Developers, PO, BSA, Scrum Master) supporting a greenfield project focused on offering a new way for users to pick and select indexes. The team is performing integrations from Apex to LWC and would like someone with prior experience building these solutions.This is a long-term opportunity starting as a 12-month contract with the possibility of extensions. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates located near a Schwab office (Austin, Dallas, Denver, or similar) and ability to go onsite 1-2x a month.

Pay Rate: $50–65/hour depending on experience
