Job Description

This Graphic Designer will support the rollout of a new customer data platform and the creation of net-new, multi-channel digital banking journeys. The designer will partner closely with copywriters, marketing, journey-mapping, and technology teams to turn customer journeys into polished, on-brand campaign experiences.

Create visual assets for email, text/SMS, and other digital marketing channels supporting digital banking customer journeys. Take established journey maps and work with the copywriter to bring each customer touchpoint to life through visual design. Design new experiences from scratch while also enhancing and adapting existing creative assets. Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to develop, iterate, and finalize campaign creative. Ensure designs are consistent with established brand standards and guidelines across channels. Collaborate with copywriters to make sure messaging and creative work cohesively throughout the customer journey. Work within a large enterprise environment, partnering with multiple marketing, creative, business, and technology stakeholders. Support the development of initial use cases that demonstrate how the new Data 360-enabled customer journeys can work across multiple channels.
