Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Solutions Architect to lead the architecture and design of enterprise clinical system implementations, with a primary focus on Care Management and Utilization Management solutions. This individual will be responsible for defining end-to-end system architecture and designing scalable, resilient integrations that connect clinical platforms with the broader healthcare technology ecosystem.
The architect will focus heavily on FHIR-based clinical data and transactions, including how data is received, validated, transformed, routed, and consumed by downstream clinical applications. They will design integrations supporting Tier 1, mission-critical applications and establish appropriate integration patterns across APIs, messaging, event-driven architectures, and other interoperability technologies. This person will partner closely with engineering, integration, product, clinical, security, and business teams throughout the system implementation lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the healthcare clinical domain, particularly Care Management, Utilization Management, care coordination, and authorization workflows, along with experience building enterprise solutions in Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
