Job Description

Our client is investing heavily in Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives to enhance business operations and improve access to organizational knowledge. They are seeking a GenAI Engineer / Agentic AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

This individual will play a key role in building intelligent AI assistants, copilots, knowledge search solutions, and future agentic AI applications. They will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop solutions that securely leverage organizational data while providing meaningful AI-driven experiences. Upcoming initiatives include the implementation of Agentic AI capabilities and Epic's emerging Agentic AI Factory offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing and developing Generative AI applications and solutions Building and optimizing RAG architectures to leverage internal organizational data Developing AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, and knowledge search tools Integrating foundation models into enterprise applications and workflows Building agentic AI solutions capable of automated reasoning, orchestration, and task execution Collaborating with data, engineering, and healthcare technology teams to deliver AI initiatives Evaluating and implementing emerging GenAI technologies and frameworks Supporting deployment and monitoring of GenAI solutions in production

Compensation:

$106,000.00 to $162,000.00 per year annual salary.
