Remote AI Product Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner, preferably supporting AI, machine learning, data, or other complex technology products.
• Experience supporting AI/ML products or initiatives, with the ability to effectively partner with AI/ML engineers, architects, data teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills, including experience creating and delivering presentations to senior and executive-level leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear business language.
• Extremely proactive and self-directed, with demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps or risks, and drive next steps without waiting for direction.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex requirements, documentation, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.
• Ability to operate effectively in a large, complex enterprise environment with multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience maintaining thorough product documentation and traceability, particularly for highly visible or sensitive initiatives.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced remote AI Product Manager to support a large, highly visible AI program for a healthcare organization. This individual will own and drive product initiatives from concept through execution, partnering closely with business leaders, technical teams, AI/ML engineers, architects, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize capabilities, manage roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery. This person will regularly interact with executive leadership and must have a strong executive presence with the ability to develop and deliver polished presentations, clearly communicate product strategy, and translate complex AI concepts into business-focused language. The ideal candidate is extremely proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, drive decisions, and ensure critical details do not fall through the cracks. Because the product is being prepared for patenting, thorough documentation, requirements traceability, and attention to detail will be especially important throughout the product lifecycle.
