4–5 years of hands-on AI/ML experience Proven experience personally deploying ML models into production Hands-on model monitoring, performance tracking, and drift detection Experience with automated retraining/redeployment and ML lifecycle management Strong Python/software engineering skills Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and containerization Experience supporting Azure/cloud ML infrastructure Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric Ability to clearly walk through a production ML solution end-to-end, including data, model selection, testing, deployment, monitoring, versioning, and retraining

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Healthcare or regulated-industry experience Greenfield MLOps environment experience Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform Databricks or Snowflake experience LLM development/deployment experience PyTest, Great Expectations, or similar testing frameworks

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer II for a leading healthcare organization building out a greenfield ML environment. This role is heavily focused on production MLOps, specifically deploying real ML models, monitoring model performance and drift, and managing the ongoing ML lifecycle.
