Reliability Technician

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with lamination machines used in automotive interior manufacturing
• Electrical troubleshooting (drives, relays, etc.).
• Project implementation with minimal oversite (can be minor projects, but must be ‘projects’).
• Exposure to root cause analysis (RCA) / Critical Event Analysis / FMEA

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Some sort of certification (mechatronics, journey man electrical, something more than OSHA 10 – the goal is to show they can and are willing to do extra work to improve their ability)
• Mechanical troubleshooting (repeat breakdown parts / upgrades to fix repeat issues).
