Job Description
The RD Analyst is responsible for helping reprogram recipes in healthtouch software. Additionally, they will participate in some menu development, nutrition analysis, technology programming and collaboration with corporate food and nutrition resources. During implementation, this resources acts as technology subject matter expert, educates Super Users and end users in the foodservice software applications (Currently using Comp Nutrition – moving to Healthtouch. Other duties include preparing reports, improving contract compliance, monitoring GPO agreement compliance, communicating with the facility FANS and EVS staff on purchasing issues, sourcing products when primary items are unavailable, etc.
