We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for a leading healthcare consulting and advisory business. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions ranging from Associate Manager through Managing Director level, partnering closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top-tier consulting, finance, healthcare, technology, and leadership talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Recruit for consulting, strategy, performance improvement, finance, investment banking, healthcare, technology, and project management roles.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize Workday to manage recruiting activity and reporting.
• Support onboarding, employment branding, and hiring process improvements.
