Ramp Demo Technician

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: High School Degree required
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic hand tool skills
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment wearing required clean room clothing per semiconductor protocol/requirements.
• Able to work in a standing position for an extended period of time (during a 12-hour shift)
• Able to lift equipment and tools when performing maintenance activities (above 50lbs requires a two-person lift)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience operating fork trucks and pallet jacks
• Experience working in a cleanroom or industrial environment
• Experience wearing PPE required to protect against chemical exposures
• RCRA experience a plus

Job Description

• Complete required safety, 6S and protocol training & follow procedures
• Monitor work in-progress, report status and prose solutions to remove barriers
• Relocate small equipment such as vacuum pumps, chillers and frames
• Replace damaged raised metal floor tiles, exchange with tiles from stock
• Disconnect and connect pneumatic fittings and adjust equipment leveling feet
• Clean debris as required under raised metal floor to prepare site for new equipment
• Complete training required to complete small decon projects using acid neutralizer etc
• Work independently and collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced environment with > 75% of the time inside the cleanroom
• Perform all activities in a safe responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
