QA Tester

Required Skills & Experience

• Enterprise-wide transformation testing experience
• Must have worked on large, complex programs/projects, not candidates whose experience is limited to small projects or BAU testing
• Strong end-to-end testing experience across new functionality and impacted existing systems
• Test strategy planning and execution
• Data validation and system/performance testing experience
• Strong defect triage and root-cause analysis
• Experience working across multiple development, business, and stakeholder teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte
• Basel III or other regulatory transformation experience
• Banking/financial services experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Axiom/AxiomSL experience
• Regulatory reporting testing, including Call Report, FR Y-9C, or FR 2052a
• Data mapping and reporting experience

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a QA Tester for a top financial services client supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing across complex, highly integrated systems and workstreams. This role will be someone who has successfully tested within major enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and can navigate complexity, coordinate across teams, and effectively communicate testing risks and results.
