Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to support a Salesforce environment utilizing AccelQ for automated testing. This individual will help expand and mature the organization's QA automation capabilities by developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated testing assets.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on AccelQ experience and understand how automated testing supports high-quality software delivery. This role will work closely with development and business teams to improve testing coverage, reduce production issues, and strengthen overall release quality.

Responsibilities

-Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using AccelQ -Execute regression, integration, and functional test suites -Partner with development teams to validate new functionality -Identify, track, and document defects -Support testing efforts within a Salesforce environment -Enhance existing automation frameworks and testing assets -Participate in release and deployment validation activities -Provide recommendations on QA automation best practices
