Provider Network Contracting Manager

Job Description

The Senior Provider Network Contracting Manager will support provider network expansion efforts across multiple markets, including the development and negotiation of health system and provider agreements. This individual will lead contract negotiations, reimbursement discussions, and contract execution activities while partnering with market leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• 8-10+ years of provider or network contracting experience
• Strong health plan and/or health system background
• Deep experience negotiating: ○ Provider reimbursement rates ○ Contract terms and conditions ○ Redlines ○ Fee schedules and guardrails Ability to manage contracts from negotiation through execution
