Project Scheduler - Secret

Required Skills & Experience

Active Secret Security Clearance. Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in project or program scheduling, planning, and tracking. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance. Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to support program performance tracking, schedule health, resource planning, and leadership reporting. Strong understanding of schedule analysis, dependencies, critical path management, and program execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present schedule status, metrics, and risks to program teams and leadership.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a federal client in Lexington, MA. This individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs while providing schedule analysis, reporting, and performance insights. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with project scheduling, Microsoft Project, and Power BI dashboard development to support program visibility and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Microsoft Project and Power BI to automate reporting and improve visibility into program performance. Collaborate with program management offices and cross-functional teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment. Analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and provide recommendations for mitigation. Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate program status, milestones, schedule metrics, and trends. Generate schedule-related deliverables, including charts, reports, network diagrams, and executive-level briefings. Develop, maintain, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex programs.

Pay Range: $45-55 hr based on expereince
