Project Manager – Security

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience leading large scale IT, infrastructure, and cybersecurity projects within complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, MFA, PAM, and Active Directory
• Experience delivering enterprise cybersecurity and risk remediation programs, including Zero Trust, least privilege, endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, or ransomware resilience
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical workstreams involving cloud, network, infrastructure, and security teams, from planning and requirements through implementation and closeout
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and escalations to technical teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders
• PMP or equivalent project/program management experience with a strong understanding of governance, risk management, project planning, and cross-functional delivery

Job Description

The Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager will lead complex, enterprise wide security initiatives from planning through implementation, partnering closely with cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams. This person will own project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting while driving initiatives such as IAM modernization, Active Directory remediation, MFA and privileged-access improvements, security platform implementations, and infrastructure security enhancements. They will coordinate technical resources, remove roadblocks, manage competing priorities, and ensure projects are delivered securely, on time, and in alignment with business and compliance requirements
