Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in construction project management, cost engineering, project controls, or related disciplines Experience leading and developing teams of Cost Engineers, Estimators, or Project Controls personnel Strong understanding of MEP construction systems and large-scale industrial or advanced manufacturing projects Experience reviewing and negotiating contractor change orders, claims, and pricing proposals Proficiency with Procore and project cost management processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence project decisions and drive cost-saving initiatives

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Data center or semiconductor construction experience Experience with owner-side project controls or cost engineering Experience with Primavera P6 or similar project controls tools

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to lead a team of Cost Engineers supporting large-scale construction projects within the advanced manufacturing space. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the cost engineering team, ensuring accurate review, validation, and resolution of contractor change order requests across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes. The Project Manager will provide leadership and oversight for cost analysis efforts, establish review processes, prioritize workloads, and ensure consistency in evaluating labor, material, schedule, and contractual impacts related to project changes.
