Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience managing 5-10 projects simultaneously across different stages of development.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline management, meeting leadership, action-item tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
• General understanding of commercialization, new product development, or product launch processes.
• Familiarity with Stage-Gate processes or similar project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and keep projects moving with limited direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Must be able to work EST hours.

Job Description

The Project Manager will manage multiple projects through different stages of development and commercialization. Responsibilities include managing timelines, leading meetings, tracking action items, following up with stakeholders, supporting internal item setup, and coordinating new product launches. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, comfortable managing 5-10 projects at once, and able to independently keep projects moving forward.
