Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

Strong IT Project Management experience within a healthcare provider environment, such as a hospital, health system, or ambulatory setting Experience managing clinical application and/or vendor technology implementations Strong understanding of the healthcare technology implementation lifecycle, including design, build, testing, training, and go-live Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, technical, operational, vendor, and leadership stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, risks, issues, milestones, and dependencies simultaneously Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills Experience working primarily within a Waterfall project methodology Bachelor’s degree Ability to occasionally work onsite, potentially 1–2 times per month, based on project needs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Epic/EMR experience, particularly within clinical, ambulatory, inpatient, or ED environments Experience with Smartsheet Experience with Jira Exposure to Agile methodologies PMP certification Experience supporting implementations within surgery centers, home health, ambulatory care, or other clinical environments

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a high-volume portfolio of clinical and healthcare technology projects. This individual will manage clinical application and vendor implementations across environments such as ambulatory, inpatient, home health, surgery centers, and other patient-care settings.

The Project Manager will partner with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to drive projects through the full implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, build, testing, training, and go-live. This role is best suited for someone with strong healthcare provider experience who is comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced PMO environment.
