Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager for a national commercial building-products organization in Frederick, MD. This role will manage commercial doors, frames and hardware projects following project handoff, coordinating materials, vendors, schedules and customer communication through completion.
Day to Day Manage multiple commercial DFH projects simultaneously Coordinate project requirements following handoff Manage material ordering and vendor coordination Track product lead times against construction schedules Coordinate deliveries Communicate with customers and GCs Expedite material when schedules change Resolve missing, damaged or incorrect material situations Maintain project documentation Complete project closeout activities
