Required Skills & Experience

8-12 years of construction/project management experience Healthcare, science & technology, and/or university construction experience Experience running a significant workstream or major portion of a large construction project Experience taking projects from preconstruction into construction and closeout Strong estimating and scheduling experience Ability to read, understand, and manage construction contracts Experience managing the equivalent of a smaller building/project within a larger overall construction program Proficiency with Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Procore OSHA 30 certification Strong project ownership and ability to independently manage significant scopes

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking two Mid-Level Project Managers for a top national general contractor supporting a major construction project in Millbrae, CA. These PMs will take ownership of substantial portions of the project, including MEP, interiors, and core-and-shell scopes, while supporting work from preconstruction through execution. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience and has independently managed meaningful workstreams or smaller buildings within large, complex projects. Strong estimating, scheduling, contract management, and construction execution experience is essential.

Salary: $150k-190k dependent on experience, bonus structure, scaled car allowance $500-1,200, and fuel card
