Eight or more years managing technology delivery, with recent experience in pharma, biotech or another regulated industry Hands-on ownership of SDLC/ADLC documentation across both non-validated and validated delivery - plans, summary reports, traceability - including experience taking a product from one state to the other Comfortable in a hybrid model - agile pods alongside non-sprint and exploratory teams, under stage-gate enterprise governance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Delivery of AI, data platform or enterprise search products Experience co-delivering with a major technology partner such as Microsoft

Job Description

We are looking for a PM to lead an enterprise memory and retrieval product with first enterprise deployments landing in December 2026 and continued build-out running through the end of 2027. It is delivered by several pods - some running scrum, some deliberately not - alongside platform teams, external vendors and a co-delivery engagement with Microsoft, and it reports into two parent efforts at once. We need a contract Project Manager who can hold the schedule, the dependencies, the risk register and the lifecycle documentation across that whole picture, and produce reporting both programme offices can rely on. This is a delivery and governance seat, not a product seat: priority and scope sit elsewhere, by design.
