Project Integrator - TSSCI w/ Poly

Required Skills & Experience

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to lead and guide a team of Project Integrators and Software Developers
• Experience collaborating closely with a Program Management Office to provide updates and insights
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable briefing senior government stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Self starter with strong intrinsic motivation

Job Description

• Support enterprise wide business analytics efforts focused on acquiring and leveraging datasets
• Develop and execute strategies for obtaining datasets from offices and agencies across the enterprise
• Build partnerships with stakeholders, identify data needs, and evaluate datasets for alignment with program goals
• Manage projects and workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder coordination
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for government managers and stakeholders
• Plan and facilitate partner meetings, offsites, and stakeholder engagements
• Coordinate conferences and events, including logistics, venues, agendas, speakers, and interactive activities
• Support improvements in business data collection, management, and usage through standardization and process enhancements
• Create and submit weekly activity reports
• Translate complex technical information into clear, understandable documentation for both technical and non technical audiences
• Integrate graphics and meeting generated content into final deliverable documents using automated tools and research methods
