Project Executive - Mega Projects

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Project Management experience for drywall, metal framing, and interior finishes contractors ○ Expert drywall and metal stud framing background
• Ability to manage mega projects independently with minimal training
• Ability to lead project execution with a medium to large size project team
• Strong understanding of field operations and installation methods
• Experience leading commercial construction projects for Data Centers, Stadiums or High Value
• Direct experience working for a drywall/interiors contractor
• Ability to attend project meetings and conduct site visits and interperet high visibility schedules
• Experience with QuickBid, OST (On-Screen Takeoff), Buzzbid etc.

• Ceiling experience
• Estimating experience
• Existing Data Center or Stadium build knowledge and industry relationships

Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a Project Executive to join a client in the commercial interiors construction industry in Charlotte, NC to lead project execution on Mega projects across the Charlotte region. This individual will lead drywall, metal framing, ceiling, and interior finish projects. They will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, field coordination, subcontractors, and customer relationships. The Project Executive will attend weekly project meetings, conduct site visits, and provide operational leadership throughout the project lifecycle. They will collaborate with estimating teams when required and leverage their field expertise to drive project success. The ideal candidate can work independently, provide leadership to project teams, and help support continued growth throughout the Charlotte market.
