Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist with the final phases of project execution by ensuring all deliverables, financials, and compliance requirements are accurately completed. Works with field teams, engineers, and customer representatives to validate documentation, reconcile outstanding issues, and ensure a smooth transition to operations. Implements best practices to standardize and expedite closeout processes, reducing administrative delays. Ensures the successful closeout of completed projects by finalizing documentation, validating compliance with contract requirements, and reconciling financials.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and reviewing project closeout documentation
• Support field teams and engineers in reconciling outstanding issues.
• Maintain compliance records and project financial data.
• Learn and apply best practices for project closeout efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
