Job Description
This person will join a SCADA development team for a company in the Houston area. The team brings operational data from field assets into corporate systems and the control room. Day-to-day, they will develop internal applications and reports, write SQL queries, manipulate and integrate data, build new features, and support SCADA architecture, servers, infrastructure, and troubleshooting. They will partner closely with field I&E and telecom teams that manage PLCs and field devices, while the SCADA team owns how that data is integrated and used across SCADA, GIS, measurement, and other operational applications. It is a very hands-on, end-to-end environment, so they want someone who enjoys programming, troubleshooting, and taking ownership rather than working within one narrow area.
