Job Description

This person will support Lam's transition from its legacy IPLM platform to Siemens Teamcenter PLM. This is not a traditional PM role where someone is only managing schedules, meetings, and status reports. They need someone who is hands-on within PLM, understands Teamcenter from a functional/business perspective, and can work between engineering/business teams and technical/IT teams. They'll help gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, support the Teamcenter implementation, coordinate UAT, and provide hypercare after go-live.

What they'll actually be doing

  • Supporting the Teamcenter PLM implementation and rollout
  • Gathering requirements directly from engineering/business stakeholders
  • Turning business requirements into implementable functional specs
  • Working with BOMs, configuration management, CR/CN, and engineering change processes
  • Validating that delivered Teamcenter functionality meets requirements
  • Coordinating UAT
  • Helping prioritize enhancements and process improvements
  • Supporting users and troubleshooting issues during post-go-live hypercare
  • Working across engineering, operations, product, GIS, and IT Serving as a Teamcenter functional SME/business-side lead
