Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Mandatory hands-on Planview (PV) experience
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing enterprise-scale data, analytics, cloud, AI, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple vendors and delivery teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Healthcare experience is a plus

Job Description

We're hiring a Senior Prohgram manager for an enterprise healthcare customer to help manager strategic data, analytivs and AI Tranformation Program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading enterprise technology programs and must possess hands on Planview (PV) experience as this will be a key requirement day 1. This role will have Financial reporting and tracking responsibilities outside of managing stage gates and stakeholder communication on project health and timeline.

• Driving end-to-end program execution, planning, tracking, and stakeholder management
• Managing Planview project setup, governance, reporting, resource tracking, and project hygiene
• Facilitating governance forums, gate reviews, and executive status reporting
• Managing risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action tracking across multiple workstreams
• Coordinating across business, technology, data engineering, analytics, architecture, and vendor teams
• Ensuring delivery readiness and maintaining execution discipline throughout the program lifecycle
• Supporting portfolio-level planning and providing leadership visibility into program health and progress
