Job Description
As a Program Manager for Insight Global you will own complex programs, drive milestones, manage dependencies, identify risks, handle escalations, and hold cross-functional teams accountable. They must have strong Lead-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash experience across Sales, contracts, order management, invoicing, collections, and commercial operations. This person should understand how contractual changes flow downstream and impact billing, customers, revenue, and overall business operations. They will manage contract transitions, including assignments, novations, exceptions, and associated risk profiles, while coordinating across Sales, Legal, Finance, Tax, and Operations. A major focus of the role will be protecting revenue and cash flow by proactively identifying and resolving invoicing, customer, and revenue risks throughout the transition. The candidate must be comfortable owning dashboards, executive reporting, risk tracking, and senior-level escalations while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. This is an execution-focused role, so the ideal candidate is someone who drives work to completion rather than focusing primarily on strategy, processes, or procedures.
