Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years of Program/Project Management experience Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional technology/digital projects Excellent communication skills; must be comfortable working with Product Managers, technical teams, and executive leadership Assertive/proactive personality; needs to chase down updates, hold stakeholders accountable, and prevent things from falling through the cracks Experience with digital applications/products, such as web/mobile apps, customer/member portals, enterprise applications, or similar Strong experience tracking project status, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Ability to manage multiple initiatives/workstreams and drive projects to completion Able to work minimum 6 hours overlapping with EST, ideally full 8–5 EST hours

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a senior Program Manager to support CareSource’s digital product/Data & AI portfolio. This person will act as the air traffic controller across multiple initiatives, working with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to collect project status, track risks/dependencies, prevent items from falling through the cracks, and provide clear portfolio-level updates to leadership.

This is not a technical development role. The priority is a strong PM who can organize complex initiatives, communicate effectively, hold stakeholders accountable, and drive work forward.

DAY-TO-DAY Work across multiple digital/Data & AI initiatives Connect with Product Managers to gather detailed project updates Track project health, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies Chase down missing information and keep stakeholders accountable Identify where projects are falling behind or need additional resources, budget, time, etc. Consolidate information across projects into clear leadership-level reporting Keep leadership informed on what is on track versus at risk Step into larger cross-functional initiatives when dedicated PM coverage is lacking Coordinate teams and ensure projects continue moving toward completion

NOTE: They can sit anywhere offshore as long as it is in one of the green countries (countries where we have the ability staff in). The client wants to avoid nearshore candidates for now.
