Job Description

A client of Insight Global in the retail technology sector is seeking a Program Manager to support a large-scale business expansion initiative, overseeing 15+ concurrent projects across the country. The role focuses on coordinating vendors, managing stakeholder relationships, tracking timelines, controlling budgets, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple expansion projects simultaneously from planning through execution. Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to drive project success. Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, providing daily reporting and weekly status updates. Develop, communicate, and execute project plans while proactively managing delays, changes, and roadblocks. Work closely with capacity engineers, as capacity planning is a critical component that can impact project timelines. Begin project tracking at T-13, with installations averaging 22 days and projects initially launching virtually. Create processes, documentation, and playbooks to help establish and scale the "Island Program" from the ground up.

This is a hybrid role - 3 days a week onsite when not traveling + travel an average of 50% of the year Monday - Friday
