Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a proactive and personable Program Manager to support our customer hybrid in the Neenah or Raliegh markets to lead execution across multiple complex technology and modernization initiatives. This individual will work closely with engineering and technology teams to create structure across interconnected projects, manage dependencies, identify priorities, and ensure teams stay aligned and moving forward. This is not a hands-on technical role, but the ideal candidate understands technology well enough to work effectively with engineering teams but excels at program execution, organization, facilitation, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent technology projects with significant cross-project dependencies.
  • Build and maintain integrated program plans and Gantt charts that provide visibility into timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Proactively identify what needs to happen next, who owns it, and what dependencies or blockers could impact delivery.
  • Drive a major initiative focused on the retirement, migration, and re-platforming of legacy systems.
  • Coordinate migration activities and dependency mapping across applications, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and decision-making conversations to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders and project owners rather than waiting for status updates or issues to surface.
  • Track project execution, risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables within Jira.
  • Hold teams and stakeholders accountable for commitments, timelines, and next steps.
  • Provide clear program-level reporting and visibility to technology leadership.
  • Manage shifting priorities and help teams determine which activities are most critical to overall program success.
