Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience managing large-scale IT programs within complex enterprise environments. Experience leading Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), cybersecurity, or security transformation programs. Working knowledge of identity concepts including joiner/mover/leaver processes, provisioning, application onboarding, entitlement management, and access reviews. Experience working with SailPoint or a comparable enterprise identity governance platform. Demonstrated success managing programs with significant executive and Director-level stakeholder involvement. Strong experience navigating dependencies across business, security, compliance, risk, audit, and technical teams. Proven ability to bring structure, accountability, and forward momentum to complex or challenged programs. Excellent communication, executive reporting, facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder-management skills.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a high-visibility Identity and Access Governance (IAG/IAM) transformation program. This individual will oversee multiple identity initiatives focused on improving how user access is provisioned, governed, reviewed, and removed throughout the employee and contingent-worker lifecycle. The Program Manager will work across security, compliance, risk, audit, business, and technology teams. The role requires someone who can bring structure to a complex program, align senior stakeholders, manage dependencies, and drive delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

This individual will be compensated at a rate beginning at $60/HR.
