Job Description
Our client is seeking a hands-on Program Lead to manage multiple workstreams across business and IT. This individual will partner with Project Managers, Scrum Leads, and business and technology leaders to provide structure, coordination, and visibility across the broader program.
The role will support initiatives from early discovery and planning through Agile delivery, including budgeting, forecasting, financial management, risk tracking, and portfolio-level reporting. The Program Lead will also help establish processes and governance for workstreams while communicating overall program health to leadership.
Reporting is a key component of the role, with data coming from multiple sources including Power BI, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps (ADO), and eventually Planview. The ideal candidate can consolidate information into clear reporting around metrics, burn-down rates, financials, risks, and progress.
Programs may span applications, infrastructure, security, and non-IT teams, including potential large-scale initiatives such as an AWS-to-Azure server migration.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and requires someone who is comfortable being hands-on while building strong relationships across the organization.
