- Professional experience supporting individuals with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use needs
- Drug & alcohol/substance use treatment experience
- Experience working with adolescent or youth populations
- Ability to communicate and maintain relationships with courts, law enforcement, and other community stakeholders
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- LCADC highly preferred
Job Description
The Program Director will oversee a residential program supporting youth ages 15-18 with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use needs. This individual will lead a team of approximately 12 residential counselors, oversee daily program operations, provide staff guidance, and maintain relationships with courts, law enforcement, and community stakeholders. The role will also utilize hands-on substance use experience to support the team and ensure appropriate care for the youth within the program. Some phone/on-call responsibilities are required.
