Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, direct, and manage production teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing production priorities, labor, budgets, and operational issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Production Superintendent for a client in Brownwood, TX. This position will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on production performance, quality, safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee the production process to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Provide leadership, training, and direction to the production team. Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, productivity, and operational performance. Monitor labor and production spending to ensure operations remain within budget. Identify and resolve production issues to minimize disruptions and maintain output. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support production goals and maintain strong working relationships. Drive accountability across the production team while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
