The ideal candidate does not need to be a hands-on developer but should have enough technical exposure to effectively bridge business and technology teams, understand dependencies and roadblocks, and engage the appropriate stakeholders to drive issues to resolution.

To support onboarding and collaboration with the team, this role will initially be onsite in Chadds Ford 3–5 days per week for the first 1–3 months, then transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for an AI/technology initiative supporting a high-visibility commercial product launch
  • Manage the product backlog and Sprint activities.
  • Coordinate across Commercial stakeholders, technical teams, data/AI governance, cybersecurity, strategic consulting partners, and onshore/offshore delivery resources
  • Help coordinate business and technical priorities, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and engage the appropriate teams to help drive resolution
  • Maintain strong technical/project documentation and communication across business and technical stakeholders
